The DeepQ AI Platform backstage is where the administrator can perform the following tasks:

1. view & manage resources (GPU & storage usage)
2. view & manage tasks
3. Send out system/email announcements for all/selected accounts
4. create/manage/suspend/delete Admin accounts
5. create/manage/suspend/delete User accounts
